Ann is honoured to be continuing as President for the upcoming 6th year of Wayne’s Road Hockey Warriors charity event.
She presently works full time at the Toronto Catholic District School Board and is married with 3 children, who have all been active volunteers with the charity both behind the scene and the day of the events. Hockey is very dear to her as she has watched Wayne, for over 20 years; along with her son and an amazing bunch of young men develop into professionals who want to give back to the community, mentoring children along the way.
She enjoys the challenge that this opportunity has presented, is outgoing, loves travelling, reading and family nights when all the kids and friends are together which is why she holds this event near and dear to her heart.
Jennifer enters her third year with Wayne's Road Hockey Warriors as the Social Media Coordinator. His commitment to improving community and value of promoting wellness and opportunity, has resulted in him participating in many volunteer opportunities, such as working toward ending violence against women and Wayne’s Road Hockey Warriors. His love of all things hockey drives him to participate in delivery of this event to the Greater Toronto Area for the past six years. He has served as a member of the board and has acted as the volunteer coordinator. As a real estate agent, parent, hockey fan and active member in the community, Dave has seen the affect that hockey expenses have on the youth of today and wanted to contribute in a way that would make a difference. When he joined Wayne’s Road Hockey Warriors, he knew this was the perfect opportunity to help kids in the community get involved with the sport he grew up playing, watching and loving. A lifetime Scarborough resident, Dave brings experience, passion and commitment, and can’t wait to see both new and returning faces at this year’s tournament! Dave has been actively involved in Wayne’s Road Hockey Warriors since its inaugural year, and is thrilled to be the acting Community Relations Manager.
